Grandma and Great Grandma visit

This is my "family" quilt that was made by great grandmother Beemer and Aunt Tekoa! Very pretty prints from Hawaii. Totally perfect colors for the Hewel family.

Here's just a few randoms. Kim wanted me to put up these hunting pics I took while I was sitting in trees and other areas. A week or two ago I was able to escape the house to do some Turkey hunting with my buddy Tim. It was nice to get out for a bit and no we didn't get any Turkeys...yet. Also here's one of my favorite pics of Kim.

New Pics

So Aubrey is now a little over 1 month old! We had our one month visit with her doctor and that went great. She gained 3 lbs from her last visit, now weighing in at 10 lbs. We can't believe some women have babies at this weight or even more..Lucky Kim, lol. Aubrey also grew 2 3/4 inches, I believe that brings her close to 23 inches long. Her head only grew and inch, I am super ok with that, proper propprtioning! So we are now in the 75 percentile for height and weight and the 50 percentile for head size...a few days after birth we were only in the 25 percentile for all that. I think she may get to be taller than a hobbit! We have had a few visitors in and out the last few weeks including Grandpa Hewel and Uncle David. She also got to meet Grandpa Stoneking now that he's back for a bit from Alaska. Sarah Smart moved in to the apartment complex so now we have a babysitter a few doors away..i kid, i kid...or maybe not!
